Your role will be to prepare food from our menu and ensure our kitchen is always kept clean and operational. The ideal kitchen Supervisor will have previous experience working within pub/bar venue Key areas of responsibility Consistently serving a high-quality product. Delivering a high level of service within a team (or occasionally on your own). Managing your own time and ensuring food is well presented and served on time. Support colleagues and go the extra mile for them ensuring that you adhere to health and safety protocols as per training and management instruction. Responsible for ensuring that paperwork such as temperature records are completed to a high standard. In return you will be offered

A lovely opportunity has arisen for a friendly and enthusiastic Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team. The ideal Kitchen Manager must be flexible to cover any shift that is required. Have previous experience of working within pub/bar venue. Have excellent communication skills . Key areas of responsibility Cook and deliver menu items as per agreed specification and presentation. Be able to recruit, train and coach junior team members. Hold regular team meetings and one to one review to discuss new processes A strong understanding of food and health and safety, with a good grasp of stock ordering and management. Ensure that all food hygiene processes are strictly followed as per the Food Standards Agency safer food guidelines and all the mandatory documentation is completed as required.
